Gill is the founder and Managing Director of Duck Pond Solutions and is known for her ability to simplify the complex and inspire action. ​

An experienced leader and consultant with a global education from a German Graduate School of Management, Gill brings a unique blend of practical in-the-field wisdom and state of the art frameworks and tools.​

Her passion is to help leaders and teams to swiftly adapt to shifting industry boundaries, to embrace evolving technologies, and to navigate unpredictable change.​

Gill’s curiosity is boundless. As a voracious reader she happily devours personal and professional development books, and she’s highly conscious of the mind/body/spirit connection.

Graham Winter

Graham is a respected authority in performance psychology, known for his practical approach to guiding leaders and team to sustainable high performance.

With a proven track record spanning elite sports, international business, and governmental advisory, Graham is sough after for his pragmatic facilitation and coaching expertise.

Having served as Chief Psychologist for three Australian Olympic Teams, including the Sydney 2000 Games, Graham brings tested insights into high-pressure environments and effective teamwork.

As the driving force behind Think One Team, Graham has coached leadership teams within leading Universities, Enterprises, and Government Agencies.

Anne Carman

Anne is an accomplished Organisational Development professional with extensive experience in both consulting and in-house roles across a broad range of private and public sector organisations.

Her primary areas of focus are the development and coaching of leaders and professionals in operational settings, organisational and cultural change, and team direction and development. Anne has led Think One Team interventions in a wide array of enterprises.

Marisa Fyfe

Marisa is an experienced Organisational Design and Development Specialist in both consulting and in-house roles across private and public sector organisations.

Her key areas of focus include development of leaders and teams, organisational and cultural change, leading and designing large scale transformation programs, workforce planning, and human centred design.

With over 20 years experience, Marisa has facilitated programs and strategic planning across a broad range of industry sectors including Health, Utilities, Financial Services, and Government (Federal, State and Local).

Ash Holliday

Ash is a strategy execution specialist with over 12 years consulting experience that encompasses ten major industry sectors across public, private and non-for-profit organisations, based locally, nationally and globally.

He has held a variety of senior advisory, mentor and delivery roles which encompass transformation, complex problem solving, business improvement/analysis, change management, program and project management.

With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, Kylie excels in orchestrating smooth operations that enhance client engagement, that prioritise client needs and foster meaningful relationships, ultimately driving the success of our consulting practice.

Antonia Mertiris

Antonia is an accomplished strategy professional and Non-Executive Director, with over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience including listed companies such as BHP and IBM, the not-for-profit sector and Federal and State Government.

Her primary areas of focus are design and execution of strategy, stakeholder management and engagement, workforce planning, risk and governance.

Antonia has designed solutions to address a range of people and workforce solutions including attraction and retention of staff, strategic workforce planning, people performance, culture and diversity.
